February is National Heart Month, which means now is a great time to add some heart-healthy options to your diet. Registered dietitian Hannah Eboagu has some menu ideas to make both you and your heart happy.

The dietitian’s first idea is to make a pomegranate mint smoothie. Made using POM Wonderful’s 100% pomegranate juice, the smoothie is a powerhouse drink that is packed full of antioxidants. Eboagu’s second idea is to make a lemony beet hummus. The snack, which is made with Wonderful Pistachios, is both flavorful and healthy, with amino acids, healthy fats, and protein.
