February is Heart Health Awareness month.

And although it’s important to designate time and resources, no matter what month it is we should always be thinking about how to best ensure we are taking care of our ticker.

This morning on Good Day Rochester nutritionist and friend of the show, Kelly Springer joined us to give some tips and advice on some easy ways we can change our diet to help prevent heart disease.

Kelly is currently a board member for American Heart Association and one of the “women of impact,” working hard to make spread awareness on heart health.
