Get a Fiery Taste of ‘Hot Ones’ Delivered Right to Your LA Doorstep – Eater LA
Hot Ones, the YouTube series produced by First We Feast and Complex Media where celebrities are interviewed while eating increasingly spicy chicken wings, is bringing the sweat-inducing experience to Los Angeles residents through partnerships with Postmates/Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Grubhub.
No cameras or celebrities will be present, but starting today, May 14, Angelenos can order the same hot sauce-doused chicken wings as what’s eaten on the popular show through the Hot Ones website. Delivery areas are limited to West Covina, Hawthorne, Montebello, Downtown Alhambra, Upland, North Hollywood, Lakewood, Downtown, Placentia, and Downtown Long Beach.

Mealco, an AI-powered platform that streamlines online orders restaurants receive from multiple food delivery apps, is handling logistics for the promotion. On the menu are classic chicken wings, as well as crispy chicken sandwiches (plant-based proteins are available). Diners can choose spice levels that start at mild and top off at Carolina reaper levels of hot. Also on the menu is a 24-piece boneless or bone-in wing combo that includes two different spice levels, multiple servings of french fries, and sodas. A three-pack of sandwiches is priced at just under $65. Single-sized combos or a la carte wings can be delivered or picked up with as many signature servings of chile maple hot sauce or garlic Fresno hot sauce as needed.

While waiting for orders to arrive, catch up on some of the series’ best episodes, like the ones featuring Kevin Hart, Conan O’Brien, Jennifer Lawrence, and the always-entertaining Cardi B., who shifts into panic mode after trying wings measuring 135,000 on the Scoville scale. This promotion was previously held in Washington D.C., Boston, New York City, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and Providence.
