Wrong orders from GrubHub, Uber Eats aren’t the drivers’ faults – IndyStar
I’m responding to an IndyStar article, “Restaurants, diners, even drivers complain about food delivery. But it’s not going anywhere.”
As a driver for GrubHub, I agreed with everything that was said except for putting the blame on the driver. It was stated what customers could do if the driver “botched” the order. We do not make the order; we simply pick it up from the restaurant in a SEALED bag for sanitation reasons.

It is hurtful to my reputation and my livelihood to be blamed for botched orders. I am a substitute teacher and depend on GrubHub earnings during school breaks.
